Mercury 200 HP EFI with damaged piston

Hello, I have a 2003 Mercury 200 HP EFI outboard and the number 6 piston detonated and shot some parts through the exhaust / foot. Is it possible to repair only the piston and other damaged parts or should I replace the entire powerhead?

Hey doc, I don't feel good today. Prescribe some medicine for me.

You need to tear it down to see what parts are needed for repair. Unless you put a rod through the water jacket, it's probably worth fixing.
