Repairing a Mercury 200 HP 2.5 EFI. Several repairs and it was working fine. Have been chasing problems on this since we bought it..some were fuel line issues and a few electrical. Had it out for a test and it ran fine for 45 minutes and then died with no spark and would not fire up. For other issues have replaced stator, switchboxes, all 6 coils, all fuel lines from the tank to the motor, fuel filter, all fuel lines on the motor, spark plugs etc.
Thinking it the voltage regulator may need replaced?

What does the voltage regulator have to do with no spark?
Have you checked l tire pressure? Just kidding

Throwing parts at a EFI rarely if ever resolves the issue. Nine out of 10 times it’s a wiring and or sensor related

A no fire situation would have me looking at the crank position feedback circuit.

Would help to know the model year/serial number to accurately ID the motor
