You appear to have some mixed parts on that motor. There were different fuel pump set up used on different years, and you seem to have both. The lower cowling is from a '76 or '77 motor, but the carbs are not. The '77 motor had a single fuel pump like the one in picture 7, not the dual fuel pump in picture 5 and 6. The item in pic 2 is the shift slide. It should be bolted to the exhaust cover about just below the throttle arm. The item in pic 3 is the arm that connects to the upper shift shaft in the center of the exhaust extension, and runs to the shift slider.
You need to find someone with a similar motor and put them side by side to work it out. I will guess you have a motor from 1973 or so. A part number fromt he block would be helpful. The transom bracket may have a serial number as well.
