Mercury 115 outboard problem

I have a 1999 Mercury 115hp outboard. It misses when running at full speed. It doesn't miss idling/midrange. I changed the plugs numerous times, fuel filter is new, carbs are spotless. I changed the gas and all the electrical connections that I could reach. Has anyone had similar problems or know what could be causing this. Thanks, Toybert

try looking at the spark plug wires on #3 and #4 cylinders. one of them is probably bad.
