mercury 115 4 stroke running rough

I have a 2002 merc 115 4 stk Runs rough at idle hesitates (some time stall) when accerated and stalls when throtle down. Checked the fuel presure it is 38 new filters had the vts serviced, carbon cleaned out of the motor, good spark diaonostic test has no codes , the comprssion is 140 in all of the cyls. Someone please help checked the fuel lines and they are clean

I am having the same problem. What did you find out? Does anyone else have this problem? I have done the same checks and changes as Apache.
