Mercurey 90HP, 2001, Shock from Sparkplug wire

Hi All, I tried to find this on the forum but no luck. Recently while working on my 2001 Mercury 90HP, i bumped the #1 spark plug wire and recieved a shock. I did not think this should happen. I touched the number 2 and number 3 and no shcok. I turned the engine off and check to make sure the pug was tight and the wires was full inserted and started it up. Same thing, a shock if you touch the number 1 wire. I assume this is not good and could be some of my other issues. Any ideas on how to fix or what is wrong? Thanks

Swap wires, if it follows to another cylinder then it's just the wire. Replace.
