mercuiser inline 6 stuck rear motor mount bolt

Help! I'm trying to swap motors in my 76 22'2 aquasport. The port side rear mount bolt keeps spinning. It's either Rusted or stripped? All I know I went at it for four hours now progress.Cold beer waiting any volunteers. Tryed pb wedging prying swearing. I've had it any suggestions

Hi Guys:

That's happened to me and the way I solved the problem was by cutting the bolt head off with angle grinder with a thin disc. I hope that helps.

Depending which side, drill straight the head straight down. Drills pretty easy. Then just knock it straight down with a punch.
