Mercruser 360 Electric Problem

I've got a mercruiser 350, in a 1986 chris craft viking. It has lost power to the console, has power in the back (used multimeter). I have changed the main engine breaker, the ignition breaker in the front console and now the bus-bar in the fron console. Any troubleshooting ideas?

power where at the back, circuit breaker?
Typically: from the breaker to the main harness plug on the engine,thru the harness to the dash area, here is another connector to the dash panel. Both a pos and neg wire run from the motor to here to supply power to the rest of the boats systems.you either have no pos.12V or no neg.
run jumpers from the battery`s pos and neg to the dash panel`s pos and neg buss bars.

Where would the plug in the dash area be? Can find the one in the back and I have powere from there.
