Do I need to splice the Grn/Wht wire from the shift interrupter switch to the Grn White wire coming from the module?. I have the newer module with no posts on to

The oem ignition sensor comes with a splice kit to connect the older style ring terminal shift interrupt switch and module leads to the latest style bullet connectors

If you purchased an aftermarket sensor I don't think it comes with a splice kit

I think so. This diagram shows the green white from the shift interrupt bonding with a wire going to module
