Mercruiser shift interrupter switch

Hi my shift interupt switch on my 1991 mercruiser 3.0 went bad and I bought the new part. I'm not sure it's the correct part even though the marine store told me it was. The wire ends are different at the very least

no big deal. . In your second pic ,1 wire to each screw. the outermost one with the green/white stripe and the inner one for the ground
