chris there have been many tests on dyno which see bhp improvements, when using super over regular unleaded fuel. Without altering anything but the fuel in the tank.

Can you post a link to one of these tests on a marine speed/density system?
Based on the training I’ve been to this just doesn’t seem possible.
I would be very interested to see how this would work.

Diacom is used as the dealer service tool for
many marine engine OEMs and is used to download /
update engine calibrations. Mercury is not one
of them. You cannot use Diacom to download
calibrations to a Mercury ECM-555. You would
need Mercury's software and calibration files.

Didn’t know this.
Always thought they had us use CDS so they could have more control over their calibration files.
Glad that you got a answer from somebody who knows.
