Mercruiser MANIFOLD EZ-DRAIN SYSTEM HOSE is leaking?

Hey there, we have a leak in the quick connect manifold hose.... it looks like the part in this picture, but the Merc dealer told me this part doesn't exist (well obviously it does). Has anyone had experience with this hose leak at the top of the blue hose. If so is there a new part number that you might know of?

for all the damage that system has caused, remove it and install brass plugs

I am not sure.... I found what I THINK is the part on the OEM manual.... its the "fitting coupling" which is attached to the engine block drain hose. What a pain in the B!
