Mercruiser Fresh Water Cooling

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows a decent place to source a fresh water cooling kit for a mercruiser 3.0 (s/n 0w043698) with decent internation shipping.

Ayuh,... as far as I know, the only choice is San Juan Engineering out in Washington state...
Or possibly Mercruiser...

I got mine from the following place.
