Mercruiser exhaust clicking

I have a 2007 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI with a Bravo 3 outdrive. The last time out I noticed that my engine is making a clicking noise that appears to be in tune with the exhaust so I am thinking that it is something in the exhaust system causing the clicking. My oil pressure is good as well as my temp and I do not have any noticeable loss in power. Any ideas what would cause it to start clicking all of a sudden, or what it might be?

Agree with Dubs. They are steel covered with rubber. Could be the coating is starting to come off, you might want to check them sometime. If the coating is starting to come off, might be a good idea to change them.
