All the pressures are about 100 psi. It seems that is too bad. The year is 1972

100 psi is basically dead cylinder or in this case a dead engine

do you spark and is there gas from accelerator pump when you stab the throttle?

Depends on which motor and where you take it. However machine shop costs and parts cost will be in the $3k range
