Hi All.

Purchased a 1991 Searay 200 c/w 4.3L, Alpha 1 Gen 3 outdrive. Going into the purchase it was know the prop seal need replacement. Whe removing thevout drive, it was noticed this piece in the exhaust port.
As per the diagram is this a broken off exhaust flapper?
