The oil lines on my Mercruiser 7.4 Gen V are leaking at the point where the hose is connected to the fitting. It's just a slight drip, but it's enough to make a mess. I'm looking to replace them, but have found out that they are no longer available. I'm assuming this is because people have started to make them on their own? Or have them made? Anyone have any suggestions on where to find them, or how to have them made?

The GenV had a few modifications in the remote oil filter and cooler. What is your motor serial number?

Depending on what you have, and what your willing to try/upgrade, there are a few options

Suggest remove the fittings from the filter head and change to AN-6. The standard remote filter head should accept male 3/8 NPT to AN-6 flare. The block adapter should have AN-8 fittings.
