Hi all,

I needed to replace my knock sensor, and in the process the brass Y-fitting for both the sensor and drain plug came loose. The manual states not to disturb this due to a specific torque from the manufacturer. I have searched for far too long looking for the correct torque or installation instructions without luck. Can anyone assist in telling me what the torque specs are for the brass fitting? Should I use any type of thread sealant as well? Thank you in advance!

It's the sensor that gets torqued to 12 to 16 lbs. Not the brass fitting. No sealer on the sensor threads
