Mercruiser 350 MPI bogs on acceleration

I have twin 350 MPI Mercruisers 1999. The starboard engine bogs on acceleration in almost any RPM range. The fuel rail pressure on the starboard engine is 50 to 52 at idle and while under load. The fuel rail pressure on the port engine which runs great is 24 to 26. anyone have any suggestions?

Swap pressure regulators. See if the problem moves.

It's nice having a twin setup, just swap parts until the problem moves.
