the milky oil came from the area where the spline slides into I believe anyways. I am going to change the bellows all through even though i think the only one leaking is the shift cable. should I change the gimble bearing as it spins very freely and looks shiney with no rust.

No need to change the gimbal bearing if it is smooth. And I agree it is in your best interest to start a new post with your specific problem.

You will need to find out where the water is getting into the outdrive - go ahead and pressure test it to find out. Either take it somewhere and have them do it, or do a search here on the forum and see how to do it yourself.

(I am a Real Estate agent in "real life" and am familiar with Alligator Park in Punta Gorda. Nice area! )

the bellows were a PITA, and the exhaust popped off so many times I'm just going to leave it off for now, as far as I can tell it wont do any harm being off. Just did the impeller, the old one was shot and I think that why the temp would creep up pretty hight at idle speed.
Cant wait to take it back to the lake and go tubing!
