Mercruiser 3.0 will not idle properly.

I have A 1997 Mercruiser 3.0 1997 that idels
very rough. When i try to adjust the Carburetor
I can turn the adjustment screw all the way in
without change in engine change.

sounds like a dirty carb. Time to put in a carb kit.
