New to the boating world and experienceing my first problem with a new to me, but used 1995 Bluewater with a Mercruiser 3.0 I/O. Testing the trim in my driveway, I first pushed the down button and heard a clicking, but no movement. Then after several tries it did go down, but now won't go up. No clicks when pressing up, in fact no signal at all. Is it a weak battery? Everything else works. Someone suggested the solenoid. Any other suggestions?
