Bayliner 2010 with a MerCruiser 3.0 TKS, out of the water, parked in my driveway with a fresh water hose connected, start the engine and there is not water circulation at all. Where can I start looking for the problem?

Ake sure your muffs are t blocking the intake holes as well. Mine if not perefectly aligned can actually block the water flow into drive

I replaced the Impeller kit with Housing and oil seal, now the water circulation are coming from muffler and not from the upper unit as before. what I did wrong?
Apparently you installed an auto exhaust with a muffler...not sure where you're talking about the water exiting.

Instead of coming out from the upper side of the sterndrive is coming out from the propeller with the exhaust

Would guess from the overheat the flapper was melted/destroyed and the pieces have fallen to the bottom of the exhaust pipe and are blocking the idle relief port..

Pull the drive and check the exhaust bellows, exhaust passage on the drive and the exhaust pipe/gimbal housing area for flapper parts.
