Mercruiser 3.0 L oil pressure switch Question

Took out my oil pressure switch to check it. Problem is my manual no 26 shows a test procedure for a oil pressure switch with only one terminal connection whereas my switch has a three pronged connection. Haven’t been able to find one online that matches mine. Any ideas?

How does a 3 wire oil pressure switch work?

The 3 wire oil pressure switch will run the fuel pump circuit in the case of ECM or fuel pump relay failure (just ike the 2 wire switch). Like mentioned, it does NOT cut power to the fuel pump, but rather the opposite - it sends power to the fuel pump as long as there is oil pressure.
