I don't see any clear tube coming from the carb, I know I ask this a lot but I maybe missing it so where exactly is it?

There's a right angle fitting (but it goes left, actually) into the front of the carb with a steel line to it from the fuel pump. There's also a filter in that fitting.

The clear hose should be just below it, and usually fastened to the steel fuel line with ty-raps.

Or have a look at the fuel pump, on the lower left front corner of engine. There should be a black rubber hose from the water separating filter to it, plus a steel tube and a clear plastic tube going out to the carb.
