Mercruiser 2.8 D-tronic

Hi everybody,
I have problems with a mercruiser 2.8 d-tronic
We’ve to replace the turbo and after that the engines limit to 2100 rpm. We replace the map sensor too and nothing happens. Unfortunately where i live nobody have experience in this engine.
I appreciate any suggestion.

Have you checked boost pressure? fuel pressure? have you plugged a laptop and Rinda in? or just buying parts and hoping?

Have you been draining the fuel filters daily? the manual calls for draining the fuel filter of water daily. These motors do not like any moisture in the fuel. water contamination will take out the pump and injectors

check on getting the fuel pump and injectors serviced.

again, have you checked fuel pressure and plugged in a laptop?
