anyone have a info on how to fix a 1987 mercruiser 165 Hp 4 cyl alpha one outdrive with throttle control problems ? Have a square button to push for neutral - doesn't work. I can't start engine because of this. What makes this button so hard to push to get it into neutral ? Please advise. Had this boat since 1987 and its always been a problem. Lately its gotten to the point that I can't get it into neutral and the button has broken cause of the pressure it takes to get it into neutral. Thanks, John
