Mercontrol part

G'day. I have a Mercontrol remote for my Alpha one Gen one, the same as the one below (I think it is a 66 950SS). While doing maintenance I managed to lose the neutral button. The only one I can find for a replacement is for a Commander 3000. Any assistance on a part number for my remote or if the Commander 3000 will fit mine.

Plus sometimes the knowing the year of the boat helps if the controller is original to the boat. Photo is best though.

Being the age and design of the controller makes the accuracy of finding the correct part/number a bit more challenging. That mentioned, my "guess" would be Merc part number 37669 item number 41 in the following link, http://www.mercruiserparts.com/Show...+CONTROL+ASSEMBLY+(PANEL+MOUNT)(36077A1+/+A2)

If not, here should be all the other controllers of that ere to look through. Mercruiser(1985 and Below)

Thanks for all your help. I was able to look through the assembly diagrams on the site that Fun Times listed. I have located the remote that I am confident is the one I own.

The part number I require (I think, I hope...) is 74326. Part only costs $3.26, the kick in the pants though is the postage.
