Or it might be called a power valve actuator...I've seen both. Anyway, today while disassembling my carb for a good chem dip I managed to break this thing while trying to remove it. Actually the stem appears to have pulled out of the piston, which is still in the bowl cover behind the staked in collar. I can re-insert the stem into the piston and compress the spring and let it spring back and it stays put. After a quick Google search it would seem that one can't purchase this part by itself. So, my questions are, Do you guys think it'll stay if I just push it back in? Does anybody know if or where I could purchase one? I'm about to order a rebuild kit...would I be better off to put this $50 toward a reman'd carb? Thx
