i have a 92 laser 220 that fouls out the plugs at idle. mounted to a 21' ranger.
doesn't smoke while idling out of the no wake but stumbles & misses when accelerated. sometimes i have to rev it in neutral to clear it up and THEN IT SMOKES!! BAD!! another quirk is that it idles better and takes longer to foul if the engine is level. idle speed drops down and starts to miss sooner if you trim for take off. 4 trips to 2 different shops-no success. as an auto tech i understand everything about the efi but not the oil injection. can it be adjusted at low rpm? both shops said no. any ideas would be appreciated. mike
