I'm re-assembling an 87 merc 90hp, 3cyl outboard. Does anyone know where the enrichner valve is mounted on the powerhead? I know where to plumb it in. Any info would be helpful!<br /><br />Thanks
Capt.Hazelwood,<br /> The enricher valve(s)is mounted on the intake manifold to which the carbs are bolted.Specificly,about an inch right of the carb throat(slightly below).You should see two threaded holes?maybe 1/4" diameter.The enricher itself is mounted to an L bracket to which it sits on top.Good luck.
