Can i use the controls made for a merc 4/5 and Mariner 5-50 with my 86 Mercury. I will be rewiring the kill switch to the front of the boat. I think the only reason you can't use it on a 25 is because you have to remove the kill switch and there isn't one on the controls is this true?
