I have a 1965 merc 60 runs great 1 pull. My problem is it's not spitting water as great as I want it to. It's sputtering out of the exhaust fine and it's not over heating. Ran it for 30-40 minutes today did not over heat. It's not spitting out of the pisser on the side. From what I can tell from other posts this isn't catastrophic but not ideal either. Will flushing it help this? If so what do I need to do it for a this motor. Is this a new impeller issue? What do you need to do to make this pump water great. Thanks for the help.
