No, when I rebuilt it originally, I was unaware of one and/or the tensioner wire designed to hold valve down and in place while attaching the air horn. Either it bounced while I disassembled or it wasn't there. I had never been into a carb like this prior to...anyway, I think I got it today upon completion of my 're' assembly. Meanwhile, I installed a new gage and regulator online after fuel pump before inlet obviously.
I will test in the morning and share results back in the AM...
