Merc 30hp 4stroke

Hello forum folks. Came across a merc 30hp 4 stroke. I can turn flywheel with wrench so assume its not siezed. Im wanting to use a battery pack to see if i can crank it. There's no harness or anything that seems to hookup to battery. Isn't there something here i can connect to? Thanks for help

Use jumper cables on the starter? That will spin the motor, and you can check compression. If you want to test for spark, that is another matter.
