MERC 260 overheat/steem

My engine is a 5.7 and it is overheating at high speeds and there is trace water in my oil with steem from the breather but my oil level does not rise. Could this be my exhaust manifolds?

Pull the elbows off and inspect the gasket surface between the elbow and the manifold. That is where water leaks happen first.

It is a 260 and I will check the gaskets. Thanks for the reply
