In the process of converting my 25hp 2 stroke merc from tiller to remote steering and having trouble figuring out which control box I need. I pretty much figured out which throttle/shift linkage parts I needed by cross referencing the schematics, but not sure which control box or cables I need? A boat salvage guy told me I might need a special one because my year of motor shifts differently???? I have no clue...Any help would be great. Model # is 1025201BD, I think its a 90's ish model........Thanks
