Merc 20HP 4 stroke

Hello,
I just got this Tracker bass boat. It has a Mercury 20 HP 4 stroke on it. I am having a problem locating for the oil drain plug. I got no manual with it & am looking to save some money changing the oil myself.

Any help would be great.

Hiya & welcome to Iboats!

Not sure what year your motor is, but there is a good chance that it was actually made by tohatsu. You might want to go to the tohatsu web page, look under your model year, and look through & download their owner's manual. If yours is actually made by them, it'll be the same mechanically, but with a slight different shaped cowling.

If it's anything like the thirty's I've run. The plug should be about half way down the leg on the starboard side, just below the plastic housing.
I hope this makes sense.
