Hello all
SaltChuck Matt most commonly found here in the Jonny Rude forum has been unable to sgin in again after the site was down last week.
He can read the forums but is not able to respond. Can the MOD’S or anyone else offer him any assistance?

Suggest he check the icon at the top right of a forum page and confirm he's signed out, then closing all windows, and then clearing browser cache.

Try to login again.

That worked in the past.

Just to be sure here first, before we have iboats send out a new password reset email, also see if maybe saltchuckmatt happens to be in Private Window setting mode either on the phone or laptop computer vs new standard window mode as being in private window setting, the system will not hold a remember me log in option making it hard to get or stay logged in.

Let us know and thanks for trying to help them out tphoyt.

Got it, unfortunately calling in isn’t going to help much….because it worked at one point at logging in but doesn’t now, it seems it still may be a in private windows situation vs new window tab opened.

saltchuckmatt should be receiving a new password reset request very soon… hopefully it works, please let us know.

Though the password request was sent out first, I believe the problem may have been found and changed so things hopefully will resume back to working normal once a new password is selected… it seems possibly somehow the Secondary user groups selection became selected and that might just prevent normal usage…. Give it a try on your end when possible.
