I got a 89 mariner 175 (S# OC185373) i was wondering what the max RPM range is for my motor at WOT. I am running about 5100 right now and I am thinking about a new prop. thanks for the replys.
Your WOT range should be 5000-5500 RPM's. You could get a smaller prop, just make sure your RPM's don't get two high. Maybe a stainless steel prop that is the same size as the one you have now will help. SS props will increase your RPM's.<br /><br />-andy
