Max HP rating on Blue Fin 1700

Can anyone tell me what the Max HP rating on a 1988 Blue Fin 1700 Sportsman is? The decal on mine is so faded that I can't make out the numbers. It appears to be rated for 7 people, but I can't see the HP rating.
