If anyone know what it reed valve clearance for Mariner 9,9c and 15c manufactured in Japan 1981

Book says:" Check reeds to insure they are not preloaded(sticking tightly to reed block) and not standing open more than 0.2mm (0.008 in).
The reed stop gap for the 9.9 standard is 2.9-3.1mm (0.114-0.122 in)
The reed stop gap for the 9.9 CDI is 1.2-1.4mm (0.047-0.055 in)
The reed stop gap for the 15 is 3.9-4.1mm (0.154-0.161)

Mariner manual part # 90-14679 which address 1978-1985 engines. Below is link to one for sale on Ebay.
