i had the same problem with my 150 xri efi was the ECM sent it out to California they put new boards in it and got it back cranked right up! If you know someone who has a 200 ECM that will let you use it to test with then you can save 750 bucks plus shipping! or do what i am doing to mine right now change it to carbs! i have had so much trouble with the EFI worked great for 20 years but now seems like all it does is give problems now! i bought everything to change mine over on EBAY!
