Marine-Tex to repair blisters with pic of blister

I'm thinking about using Marine-Tex to repair blisters as needed. Any negatives associated with this type of repair? I've used Marine-Tex with other damage through the gel coat, those repairs are still holding after years of service! But I'm not sure what a blister is and how deep a repair like that goes. Please See Picture, blister is towards top right of pic, bottom left is blister broke open by pressure washer. All replies accepted!
