Yes and it works ok but cost more than Sea Foam which can be bought at NAPA. That stuff does a great job.

frank thanks for that reply.i have a 1994 force 120hp. which i never run hard allways around 2000 rpm. i was thinking about de-carb .but don;t want to open a can of worms .engine runs great

Hi, Lonewolf. ValvTect is all I use on my Force and Merc motors. I use it every 60hours operation,but don't use the "entire contents", as the can directs me to. I use half on each motor. No problems to report.
