Replacing a factory unit is gonna be difficult, very few replacement items are availiable after a production run. Boats are not like cars, boat builders often buy there decorative items like glove boxes, seats, and trims from other mfgrs. Check ebay and such but unlikely to find a match. However, you can make your own, won't be a match probably to the existing trim, but generally they are plastic or a sheetmetal box with a door. Sheetmetal is easy if you have the tools, but there are numeroys sheetmetal fabrication shops around that could probably make one. Duct work for heating and A/C ships should ve able to make one quite easily if they have the time. Some folks make them from plywood and yes they could be made from plastic, but not as easy. Whatever you make the box from, a nice piece of wood generally goes well with any decor. Sorry I coukdn't give tou a place to buy already made, but nothing wrong with home made, get creative....
