Hi all, just picked up a manual for my 90hp merc today at the marina(it took 3 weeks to get)anyway it says 94 and newer. mine is a 99 model. it does not have any specs for the my year only up to 1998. I went to the mercury site and put in my serial number and this is the manual it calls for. so do I have a motor that was built at the end of 98 and they call it a 99? Should I trust the settings in this manual? Please give me your input. thanks!

Re: manuals

check on the coyright date of the book. if its 98 or 99, id probably go with it. If not and its newer than that id call your supplier and see if they say its the same as a 98 for specs.
