MAN D2842 Intercooler install in 56ft Bayliner

im working on a 56 bayliner. it has the D2842 2 valve MAN. I need to install the inter coolers on top of the engine. the engine room does not have a crane. any suggestions other than man handling it up 5ft?

Would need to see how the Bayliner is layed out, but figuring its may be similar to my sisters 62 ft Jefferson, it would need some cutting of the hull. To do anything major to the Jefferson it would have a hole cut in its side
