Picked her up yesterday, got home at 12:30 AM this morning! All is well!

1967, 350 CI, 300HP, 4 SP, 12 bolt rear, even has all the original spare tire stuff and jack. Looks nice as is, but needs lots of small things, what I consider small anyway. Good winter project. Im excited about this, first muscle car I have had that is actually mine to do as I want and Im not selling for awhile anyway.

I had a 66 SS years ago with a 396 and the infamous 2 speed powerglide! I miss that car.

Best of luck w/the new toy.

Nice ride. The mid to late 60's GM muscle cars have always been my favorites.

wow what a fine looking car, I thought that model had a 327 engine when flags were on the V and 396 or 427 if denoted above the V, is the 350 the original motor. I love to see those cars on the street, know you must be excited about driving it about.

I am almost positive that the small-block cars are 327cid not 350.....still nice car!

Nice ride and nice color too.Might want to consider moving that MSD ignition module to a cooler location though.Lots of those firewall installs lead to premature death.

Re: Lubes got a new toy! Pictures

The engine is an early 300 HP ???? crate engine with more of a cam than I would like,(Owner installed) but it does sound bad! and the badges denote a 283, three speed car, the 327s said so, the big block cars said SS 396.

Car has not been washed with a hose or driven in the rain sence 1986!

The MSD box may be removed completly with a distributor upgrade.

First thing Im going to do tomorrow is put on a single wire internal regulated Alternator, its not charging! Took two batteries to get it home and ran without headlights for about 50 miles following my wife! Also, the whole car isnt grounded right, Like I siad, there are a bunch of little things to do before I can even actually enjoy the car But she sure is pretty to look at!

This car will run Dello 400 15W-40 year around.

I love the sound of a pushrod V8 that can hardly hold an idle... it certainly puts a 4banger civic to shame, when some kid thinks he's all that cuz he got a loud exhaust on his car. :)

Dude, you gotta get rid of that massive AM radio antenna and that cheesy CB antenna on the deck lid.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAAAA

Nice ride- although I completely understand "the little things". It's amazing what people can cobble up on an old classic. I worked on a '56 T-bird once that had about 5lbs of black tape holding the dash wiring harness together. What a total disaster.

Good luck with it- and you are correct. There is nothing quite like a healthy V8 loping along at idle. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

UFM82

I just spent 2 hours under the hood tonight, and you cant see that I did anything. Its ready for the one wire internal regulated alternator though. I have tried to teach the kid everything I know, and you would think he was brain dead I swear. Hes the most back yard mechanic I have ever seen. Some got it, and some dont.
