Lower unit

Need advice in taking out the bottom oil drain screw from the lower unit. Looks like the screw was set too hard the last time it was tightened and now the screw driver slot is worn out.

Take a small punch and put it against a corner of the screw that will make it turn counterclockwise...tap the punch until the screw turns...then remove it.<br /><br />TMD

steelshot,<br /><br />Buy or rent a impact screw driver. The type you hit with a hammer.
